There’s three principles at the core of Propeller hardware: accuracy, ease of use, and simplicity.
When we set out to build 3D maps and worksite visualizations, we quickly realized that the existing hardware out there couldn’t support the site management workflow that we envisioned for our customers.
First, we came to the conclusion that If drones were really going to be a thing, surveyors needed an easier way to capture ground control outside of walking the site with a rover, creating their own checkpoints.
So, we did it; we followed that old, “if you want it done right, do it yourself” sentiment, figured out supply chain, FCC certifications, logistics, and returns to bring the first ever smart ground control points to market.
Before we knew it, we were getting our hands dirty in the hardware space, and the momentum never slowed. Just last week, we told the world about our new hardware product—an easy-to-install, cost-effective productivity tracking system called DirtMate.
In this session, we’ll dive into our hardware history and explain how hardware supports our platform. You’ll leave the conversation knowing exactly how to harness the power of Propeller hardware to better manage your site and get the right data, in front of the right people.
